Trails West buttons are now on sale. The $5 buttons are good for admission to all three days of the 16th annual arts festival that starts August 15th at Civic Center Park. The cost will increase to $7 at the gate. Children under 12 are admitted free, when accompanied by an adult. Buttons are on sale at several locations around St. Joseph.
